The People's Forum
The highest consultative platform of WACSOF, bringing together civil society, grassroots actors, and citizens to shape regional priorities and amplify the voice of the people.
Executive Committee
Provides strategic leadership and oversight, ensuring that decisions of the Peoples Forum are translated into action and guiding WACSOF’s overall direction.
Regional Secretariat
The operational hub responsible for implementing programs, coordinating activities, managing partnerships, and supporting all WACSOF structures.
National Platforms
Country-level networks of civil society organizations that drive engagement at national level and connect local realities to regional advocacy.
Thematic Area Groups
Issue-based groups that provide expertise, research, and advocacy on key priorities such as governance, peace, human rights, climate change, and social inclusion.
